Ancient Wisdom: Rooted in the ethos of Bharat and Ancient wisdom, the programme is firmly focused on nurturing leaders to solve the most pressing global problems.
Gurukul Learning Experience: The participants live together with the mentors and faculty for a continuous learning experience.
Indic Entrepreneurship: Rashtram also provides incubation for social entrepreneurs aimed at promoting our culture and ethos.
Rashtram offers four specialisation streams with the programme.
Politics & Government: managing the politics of policy making, communication, modern Indian socio-political history.
Development & CSR: structure and governance of nonprofits, international trade and development, grant writing and impact evaluation.
Public Policy & Strategy: managing public finance, managing politics of policy-making, competitive strategy, international trade and development.
Media & Culture: languages and literary classics of India, visual storytelling, art of communication, public leaders and movements.
